Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Shala is a one-teacher shala dedicated exclusively to the traditional practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

​​We are not a multi-teacher or multi-style yoga studio. Our members support and sustain the shala through their fees, which are intended specifically for our classes and offerings. As such, memberships do not include access to external classes taught by other teachers.

 

For this reason, hiring additional teachers under the shala’s umbrella is not financially viable.
